Originally from South Florida, Clifton Steurer cut his teeth in NYC working in the music, club and live event industry. Eventually being hired to convert four large Landmark buildings into state-of-the-art event facilities for Cipriani USA and new construction development of a 75,000 square foot venue for a client on the West side of Manhattan.
His experience with high end events and clientele instilled a sense of urgent honesty to make sure that the building features provided the best use for owners and clients.
Clifton and his wife Kathleen, a water designer in Tampa have restored and sold homes in Westchester before returning to Florida.
Clifton is a volunteer at the Beach Theatre in St Pete assisting with events and he loves to wind down at the beach, playing with local musicians and enjoying the natural beauty of Florida.
